Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reserve the totes?
Submit the availability form with your dates, service area, and tote quantity. We will confirm availability and send a secure Square payment link.
What happens if a tote is damaged?
Replacement charges may apply to lost or damaged equipment. Current listed charges are $15 per tote and $8 per lid.
Can I write on the totes?
Please do not write directly on the totes. Blue painter’s tape is included for labeling and should be removed before pickup.
When is payment due?
Your reservation is confirmed after availability is verified and required payment is received.
Can I extend my rental?
Additional 7-day periods are $49 and are subject to availability. Contact us before your scheduled pickup.
Is Sunday service available?
Sunday delivery or pickup may be available by advance scheduling for $50 per Sunday visit.
